Digital products. Expertise for your projects.

Custom County is the company behind RosterMind, RosterMind CRM, KitaWise and Forum Command. We develop our own products and offer custom development to build a business application, improve an existing application or connect systems.

Four projects. A clear purpose for each.

An application to build or improve?

Work spread across files, an application that has become limiting or data entered repeatedly across systems: start with what makes your work difficult.

Business applications

A customer portal, request tracking, an internal tool or a dashboard: we can explore an application built around your users, data and business rules.

Application improvements

Your application is valuable, but its limitations affect daily use. Taking it forward begins with understanding how it works, then defining priorities and constraints.

Integrations and automation

When systems need to exchange data, we define what moves, in which direction and with which controls. Each integration depends on the capabilities of the systems involved.

A defined scope. Steps to review together.

01

Understand the need

Describe users, the current process and the expected outcome. Identify data, budget and timing constraints.

02

Define the scope

Choose the first workflows to cover and their acceptance criteria. Clarify what belongs in the first version and what comes later.

03

Build and review

Plan reviews to examine user journeys, check business rules and adjust priorities with you.

04

Prepare for use

Define checks, data transfer and onboarding to suit the project. Agree on maintenance needs as well.

A shared starting point: the work to be done.

Custom County supports its product development and custom projects. We start with the people, workflows and constraints involved to define a practical scope.

Answers to help you take the next step.

What is Custom County’s role?

Custom County is the company creating and supporting the projects in this portfolio. Each product has its own brand and scope. We are also your contact for a custom development project.

Can you build a tool for our business?

Yes. We can explore a new application, improvements to an existing tool or integrations between systems. The first conversation establishes users, processes and constraints before defining the scope.

Are all four products open to the public?

The RosterMind website presents the product and its offer. KitaWise presents an offer in preparation, with subscriptions still closed. RosterMind CRM and Forum Command are presented here as projects under development; contact us to learn about their next steps.

Are RosterMind and RosterMind CRM the same product?

They address different needs: RosterMind covers operations and team coordination; RosterMind CRM focuses on contacts, opportunities and sales follow-ups. The CRM is being designed as a standalone product.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Describe the problem, the people involved, current tools and the outcome you want. Add budget or timing constraints if you know them. A complete specification is not required.
